Due to service providers in nature "NO REFUND","NO CANCELLATION" will be entertained after 24 hour of placing order the Payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all orders/products.

Cancellation of service within 24 hours of placing the order. you can claim refund within 24 hour of duration. Email us for claim refund support@apiscript.in. Refund proceeed 1 to 3 business days of delivery (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays) and Credited to the original source of payment method within 2-3 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

At APIScript Developer company, we stand by the quality of our products. All sales are final, and only exchanges are offered on purchases.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly. Email apiscript.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue. We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.

Product can be returned within 24 hours.

Notification: Notify us via email at apiscript.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, explaining the manufacturing defect.

Verification: Our customer support team will review your case and guide you through the verification process.

Replacement: Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the item with a new one of the same product.

Product will be replaced within 2-3 working days.

Logistics Cost:

The logistics cost and arrangement for returning the defective item or exchange to our facility will be the customer's responsibility. In appreciation of your cooperation, we will reimburse the logistics cost. The reimbursement will be processed via your preferred payment gateway within 10 days of receiving the defective item.
